The CAFM-RING industry association is a voluntary, open and independent federation of leading CAFM software houses in Germany formed for the benefit of users and customers on the market. It stands for quality and investment security in CAFM, for example with respect to operator responsibility, energy management or sustainability in the relevant FM processes. Its members already represent over half of user interests on the German-speaking CAFM market.
Anyone interested in CAFM needs reliable criteria for making their choice. One relevant criterion is software certification according to GEFMA Guideline 444. All members must have up-to-date certification of their CAFM software. However, if you wish to be certain that your investment will pay in the long run, you also need to take a close look at the CAFM vendor. The CAFM RING has certified its members according to strict quality criteria on the basis of a demanding voluntary commitment. CONJECT AG is a certified full member of the CAFM RING.
Every construction and/or CAFM project begins by collecting the relevant object data! Orientation for checking the completeness and quality of such data and for the beneficial use of CAFM is offered by: the cross-system standard for data collection! Based on the international IFC standard, CONJECT, together with the members of the RING, provides a standardized exchange format. The customer can then be sure of simple and loss-free transfer of the relevant building data to all certified CAFM systems.
